Shipping & FOB Shenzhen Terms

Trade Terms: FOB Shenzhen

All prices on this website are quoted FOB Shenzhen in US dollars (USD). Under FOB (Free On Board) terms, our obligation ends when the goods are delivered onto the vessel at the Shenzhen port, or handed over to your nominated forwarder.

From that point onward, the buyer is responsible and bears the cost and risk of:

  • Ocean freight or air freight from Shenzhen to the destination
  • Cargo insurance
  • Import customs clearance, import duties, VAT and any local taxes in your country
  • Destination port charges, demurrage and last-mile delivery

We Can Help Arrange Freight

If you do not have your own forwarder, we can book vessel/air space and handle export customs clearance on your behalf. All carrier, forwarder and port charges are passed through at cost - we do not mark them up. Please tell us your destination port or airport and we will quote freight separately from the goods value.

Export Packaging & Documentation

Goods are packed in standard export cartons. We provide the commercial invoice and packing list. For FOB shipments we prepare export declaration; certificates (CE/FCC/RoHS, and UN38.3/MSDS where applicable) are available on request.

Battery & Dangerous Goods (DG)

Products containing built-in lithium batteries (phones, wireless mice, Bluetooth headphones, keyboards, smart watches, speakers) require UN38.3 test reports and MSDS and must move through DG (dangerous goods) ocean/air channels. A small DG handling surcharge applies per unit. Products without batteries or with supercapacitors are non-DG and ship by standard channels.

Lead Time

  • In-stock orders: dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • OEM / private-label orders: 15-25 days, depending on customization and quantity.

Ocean transit time depends on destination (typically 15-40 days); air freight is faster but more expensive. We will confirm the schedule in your proforma invoice.

Freight Quotation

Freight is not included in the prices shown online. It is quoted separately based on your destination, the total weight/volume of the order, and the shipping mode (LCL/FCL ocean, air, or express). The checkout total reflects the FOB Shenzhen goods value only.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, VAT and other destination charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by us. Please check your local customs authority for applicable rates before ordering.
